PEBB Wellbeing Survey closes May 15
If you haven’t already, now is the time to share your feedback in the PEBB Wellbeing Survey! This survey is about your personal wellbeing and your experience with PEBB’s wellbeing programs. Responses to this survey will help PEBB make decisions around wellbeing programs for state employees.
You’ll need your “P” number (your PEBB Benefits number, which can be found in the top right corner when you log into PEBB and click “view current benefit selections/Benefit Summary”) to complete the survey.
